Anyone that's involved in the online marketing world needs to have a solid understanding of how to communicate with Internet users.
Even spending the time to review just a few of these resources will help you learn a little more about the best way to do that. I've had the chance to read or scan most of the offerings on the list and will attest to the value of them. Jill Whalen's short and sweet Nitty-Gritty guide is an especially strong option since you can read it in the course of an afternoon.
