Santa Cruz based ClickTracks Analytics, Inc. introduced the latest version ClickTracks Professional today at the Search Engine Strategies conference in Chicago, Illinois. ClickTracks has been awarded the title of "Best Web Analytics Tool" for each of the past two years in the ClickZ Marketing Excellence Awards. Version 5.2 of their popular log file analysis software integrates e-mail marketing metrics, exit tracking and geographical data to the list of features currently tracked by ClickTracks.

ClickTracks 5.2 features direct integration with e-mail providers like SubscriberMail and IntelliContact to let marketers track and compare the effectiveness of e-mail campaigns along side SEM and other online marketing efforts. Marketers can tie their e-mail marketing campaigns directly to the collected data of their log files to find out which customers followed through on specific e-mail offers.

Users of the JDC and Hosted versions of ClickTracks will enjoy a new feature that allows for more extensive exit link tracking. Web site owners will be able to tell if users have left the site by clicking on an external link within the Web site, or by exiting directly to a non-linked URL.

ClickTracks introduced country-level geographical tracking with previous versions of its software, but now adds 'regional' data to the mix. Depending on the country and state of the visitor, more specific regional data like state, region of a state, or even the city can be tracked.

Finally, ClickTracks has also added improvements to its campaign manager feature, designed to help marketers make certain that their metrics and campaigns are set-up correctly. ClickTracks will scan the campaign data entered by a user and will alert them if they've incorrectly configured campaigns so that they can fix any issues before launching the campaign to the public.

The ClickTracks line of software includes ClickTracks Analyzer, ClickTracks Hosted, ClickTracks ISP and ClickTracks Professional. ClickTracks Professional 5.2 is available as a free upgrade to ClickTracks Pro and Pro Hosted users with a current support contract.
