In the same way the Better Business Bureau helps customers complain about business, Business Beware allows Licensed Businesses and Contractors to share about bad customer experiences.

You may have a customer that you cannot collect money from, or a customer that is very hard to please, etc. Business Beware is your outlet to get the word out about bad customers experiences. This is not your typical forum where you learn how to deal with the customers, this is where you do something about it and fight back.

This is not only a place to file complaints against customers you have dealt with but also if there is a general contractor you have had to deal with as a business that gave you problems, you are able to file complaints about that as well.
