Google Confesses?

In October 2002, Bob Massa, president of SearchKing., Inc. and PR Ad Network, filed a lawsuit against Google on the grounds the organization arbitrarily and purposefully devalued his companies' and his customers' web sites, causing his business to suffer financially.

This caused quite a stir in the search engine industry as discussions sprung up concerning the validity of the lawsuit and the potential implications. Opinions on all sides of the arguments were plentiful and often contentious.

Now Bob Massa has re-ignited discussions of the SearchKing - Google lawsuit by making available documents that report to include Google's response to the lawsuit - for a fee. A $20 donation to the legal fund is required to gain access to the documents.
