Google is the best example of a company that uses what you call crowdsourcing. It built one of the most powerful network of users who work for the company just for the pleasure (the translation of the product in non-English languages is one of many examples) but who also monitor it : remember what the blogosphere said when Google censored its results in China.

Yes Sage. I think crowdsourcing is the best in the future when it comes to social media. Natural media might be there always but it would be better to use crowdsourcing like what google did.
