Hi Everyone!

Here is something I've been meaning to bring to your attention for a while now: "Please Ring Bell For Service". It is a usability checklist for ecommerce websites written by Kim Krause - a respected usability expert. In a nutshell, it is a checklist that will help you spot common mistakes that decrease sales. With the 80 checkpoints it provides, you'll be able to quickly walk through the list and spot usability roadblocks on your site and make things more user-friendly.

I've read it and it is worth every cent. If it helps you spot one problem area, it will be worth many, many times the $12.99 Kim charges for it.

I'm not receiving anything for telling you about this - it's just something that is well worth a look. You can pick it up here:

Have a great week!

Robert Clough

Press Releases Can Increase Search Engine Positioning
Source: Search Engine Guide - With just a little more effort than you would normally give, your press releases can pull "double duty."
