Regular readers of Search Engine Guide know from past reviews that I'm a pretty big fan of the team over at ClickTracks. Apart from providing some of the best customer service around, they've also managed to consistently put out affordable, easy-to-use software that lets the small business market compete with larger companies. (Skip straight to "BidHero Brings Bid Management to the Masses" by Jennifer Laycock)

The good news is, that they've done it again. BidHero, their new pay-per-click bid management software, was released last week and will fully integrate with the ClickTracks web analytics program. It's priced right, starting at just $69 a month. The only problem I found with it was that it requires the highest level of ClickTracks software...the Pro version. Unlike ClickTracks' mid-range Optimizer, which is priced at an affordable $1200, ClickTracks Pro's $3000 price tag puts it out of reach of many in the small business market.

On the plus side, ClickTracks has always done a great job of being responsive to the needs of their market, so I'm holding out hope that a BidHero version that can interface with Optimizer isn't out of the question. In the meantime, check out all the reasons why it might be worth the extra money in my review article: "BidHero Brings Bid Management to the Masses."
