Matt Bailey has long been the search marketing face of The Karcher Group, well at least in my opinion. He is a regular conference speaker and could always be found at trade show boths holding those "pink brains" that have become a Karcher trademark. Now Matt has left the group and will be starting a new company called SiteLogic.

In a statement released on Matt's Web Site Accessibility Blog, the new business will have a few different aspects;

  • Speaking at Conferences, Seminars and Businesses.
  • Web Site Marketing Consultation and In-house training seminars.
  • Usability Consultation.
Matt goes on to say, "The name SiteLogic is from my approach to dealing with the entire web site, not just the search engine marketing or the programming, but the site as a whole. All of the elements of the site need to be working in synch to deliver the primary sales message to the visitor."

Congratulations to Matt and well wishes in this new venture.
