Up until recently, the answer was a resounding "no." In fact, the Google AdSense support site is pretty clear in stating that the AdSense bot has absolutely nothing to do getting your site indexed. Within the last week however, there's started to be some speculation over the fact that Google's AdSense bot may be passing information on to the primary Google site index.
