Spotted via Phillip Lenssen, an interesting blog post that describes the two day interview process of someone that was recruited by the team at Google Print. He ultimately didn't end up taking the position, which is probably why he's posted about the interviews, but it's still interesting to hear just how time consuming and brain-intensive Google's employee filtering process is.
