After months of testing with a small group of invited advertisers, Microsoft's adCenter is finally open for business to the general public. Creating an account requires a credit card number and a $5 registration fee. Once an account is created, advertisers can select the keywords that they wish to bid on, set special instructions for certain demographics, locations and even the time of day. New advertisers can sign up at the adCenter web site.
