MarketingVox links to a ClickZ article that states "35 percent of U.S. internet users have posted some sort of user-generated content online." That percentage works out to about 48 million adults, 73% of which are now using broadband connections. That number is likely to continue growing over time. That's why I continue to stress the need for small business owners to learn about online reputation management and to keep an eye on what their customers might be saying about them.
