This month's set of free web analytics classes from ClickTracks have been announced and it seems that both ClickTracks CEO John Marshall and Future Now's Bryan Eisenberg will be teaching the free classes aimed at helping online businesses learn how to better analyze their data. Eisenberg's "Waiting for Your Cat to Bark?" class will be held on June 12th while Marshall will headline "Measuring Web Page Persuasion with a Funnel Report" on June 13th and 14th.

In "Waiting for Your Cat to Bark?" attendees will learn about things like:

  • How to capture and hold the attention of your audience
  • How to define a cohesive visitor experience that moves prospects through the buying cycle
  • How to define web objectives and measure results
  • How to maintain a continual optimization process
  • How to use anatomy of the web to craft more persuasive experiences
  • How to use business topology to make proven web strategies work for you

Register online for free, but keep in mind that space is limited and the class runs only at 3pm EST on June 12th.

"Measuring Web Page Persuasion with a Funnel Report" will show how each page of your web site should persuade visitors towards your specific business and/or marketing goals. The class will also focus on topics like:

  • Why persuasion is a better metric than conversion
  • Common funnel progression percentages
  • Why it’s important to apply visitor segmentation in a funnel
  • How to find and fix pitfalls in your funnel path
  • Factors in creating an optimal path through your web site
  • Ways to get meaningful data from sites with multiple paths

Register online for free, but note that space is limited. Spots are available for Marshall's class at 1pm EST and 4pm EST on June 13th and at 10am EST on June 14th.
