My company has been using ClickTracks for a few years now and we love it. It's one of the easiest to use web analytics software I've run across. Around the office I'm known as somewhat of a tightwad (despite the lunches every Friday!) and as such have only invested in ClickTracks Analyzer program. Until recently that is. Last month we finally upgraded to the Pro version and I have to say that I can't imagine how we lived without it.
Despite all the great features and ease of use, ClickTracks is real big on education. They don't just provide classes on how to use their program, but they offer classes that teach you how to use analytics period. The next free class being offered is "How to Use Web Analytics to Quantify SEO Work" and is scheduled for October 23 and 24. We've got our team scheduled to participate.
If you've not checked out ClickTracks, now is a good time as they are offering holiday discounts on their products. If you're not a computer geek like many of us are, their hosted version is easy to set up and get going. The only trouble you'll have is deciding which version of the software to go with.
