I've mentioned Occam's Razor blogger Avinash Kaushik in past blog posts as someone that you should be reading if you'd like to learn more about maximizing the effectiveness of your web analytics. The folks over at ClickTracks recognize his smarts as well and as such, have recruited him to teach a free webinar next week called "Unleash the Power of Web Analytics." To go along with the webinar, the ClickTracks team will also be turning on advanced reporting features in the free ClickTracks Appetizer program for a full week. In other words, here's your chance to check things out!

Avinash's webinar will run at 1pm EST on Monday, February 26th and at 10am EST on Tuesday, February 27th. Register online at the ClickTracks site. Avinash will not only offer up his own tips and information, but will also take caller questions on the topic of making the most of your analytics.

To go along with Avinash's webinar, ClickTracks is going to skip the idea of "Web Analytics Day" and instead sponsor "Web Analytics Week." That means that users of the free ClickTracks Appetizer program will have a week's worth of access to tools like funnel reports, the robot report, campaign reporting, search and keyword performance and advanced visitor labeling. Yeah, that's a lot of free stuff.

In other words, if you're looking for an analytics program, go download Appetizer and take it for a test drive with all the free features that will get turned on tomorrow. Then register for the webinar with Avinash and learn how to take advantage of those features until the trial ends next week. After all, who doesn't like free stuff?
